virus!panic!help!

Arhahghahrhghsdg, my computers infected with some kind of virus (adware, trojanhorse, spyware etc.) thanks to pop-ups and ads from certain blogs I visited a few days ago. Now I'm stuck with a laggy computer which takes more than 20 seconds to load programs and more than 2 seconds to display the words I type. I've tried anti-virus programs such as Norton, AVG and ad-aware(it keeps hanging at the final phrase of the scan) but only to see some slight improvement. It took me 28 minutes just to type these few lines for this entry. HELP!

(Maybe I should submit this to 'Digital Life', hah.)
